Terms of Use.

• As this facility is a non-contact operation, there is no staff on site.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00 (self check-in)
  *You will receive your key PIN and check-in instructions prior to your stay.
• Check-out time is 10:00 the following day.
• Payment will be made by credit card in advance (Time Design Arrangement Travel).
• Reservations must be received from 00:00 180 days to 23:59 7 days prior to the date of stay.
  Reservation changes can be made up to 23:59pm 7 days prior to the stay.
  Cancellations will be accepted until 23:59pm one day prior to the date of stay.
• After completing your reservation, you will receive an auto-reply e-mail confirming your reservation. You will also receive an advance notice by e-mail 3 days prior to your stay.
  *If you make a reservation using a cell phone e-mail address, you may not receive an auto-reply e-mail, so please use a PC e-mail as much as possible. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us from the Contact Us page on our website.
• The maximum number of participants will be 12 (under elementary school students are not included in the maximum number of participants).
• Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. Please be sure to smoke outside your room.
• Please refrain from playing music or loud voices outdoors after 10:00 p.m. as it may disturb neighbors. If there are complaints or reports of noise from neighbors, you may be asked to leave the premises. Please understand this.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, illness, injury, theft, or loss that may occur in our facility.
• If damage to our facility is caused by the intentional or negligent act of a guest, we may claim compensation for damages.
• Please wash dishes after use and return them to their original locations. Please dispose of garbage in designated areas.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation will incur a cancellation fee at the following rate on the trip price.

• Cancellation without notice: 100%.
• On the day of cancellation: 100%.
• 3 days to 1 day prior: 50%.
• 7 days to 4 days prior: 20%.
• 14 to 8 days prior: 10%.

Cancellation charge rate (per person, per night), calculated from the date of stay.

• 0 days before 100% of the room charge.
• 3 days prior 50% of the room charge.
• 7 days prior 20% of the room charge.
• 14 days before 10% of the room charge.
• 15 days prior 0% of the room charge.
